Sales & Delivery

When you place an order on this website, it represents an offer to us to purchase an item. The offer is accepted by us, and the contact formed, when we send you an email confirmation to tell you we have despatched the item to you.

For security reasons, delivery can only be made to the address used when you place your order.

We work hard to ensure all our parcels are delivered within our terms and conditions, however we can not be held responsible for any consequential loss through reasonable or unavoidable delays in delivery.

For international deliveries you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Any tax levies and charges for customs clearance, once the parcel arrives in your country, must be carried out and paid for by you. Cancellation

You can cancel your contract with us within 14 days of receiving your item, however unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for returning the item, in line with our Returns Policy.
